  • NO RETURNS as everything is made by the order unless specified otherwise
  • Turn around time varies from 3-10 days depending on volume of orders
  • Orders within the US are shipped priority mail (2-3 days) via USPS
  • International orders are shipped express mail (3-5 days) via USPS
  • Overnight shipping is available, however please email info@lacebytanaya.com for production time. Shipping with FedEx or UPS is available as well
  • Magnets are patent pending design

PS. Any broken Lace can be shipped back at your cost for repairs no charge. Any items that have faded over time can be re-dipped in thick 24k gold or silver/rhodium. Please inquire via email for pricing as it varies depending on the always changing cost of gold or silver
